By creating an account or using Phobos (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of myphobos.app.

You retain ownership of the content you create on Phobos — your wishlists, items, and uploaded images. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely to operate Phobos.
You are responsible for the content you post. Do not upload content you do not have the rights to share.
When you share a wishlist or invite collaborators, those users can view or edit the list depending on the permissions you set. You are responsible for who you share your lists with. Public wishlists are visible to anyone with the link.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at myphoboslist@gmail.com.
Phobos is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it running but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, pause, or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime or changes to the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phobos and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Phobos after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
